| ********************************************************************************************************* MOST RECENT ENTRIES -*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-* Tuesday, February 06, 2007 Paul's an Uncle! Well, I know he has been for years to my two nephews, but we've now got a niece on his side of the family. It's funny, but I think it's probably different when they're part of your own bloodline (if you know what I mean). Anyway, Paul's sister had her first baby on Sunday. All the family are over the moon. Grandma and Grandad are smitten and mother and child are both doing well. I don't think I've ever seen Paul so nervous, or so happy as he was throughout Sunday! While we were waiting to hear the final news he was like a cat on a hot tin roof. He couldn't concentrate and was all over the place. But since the news that they're both fine he's been grinning like a cheshire cat. She was 26 days early, but is doing well. I know he wants to go and visit as soon as we can, but goodness knows when that will be. I think we need to give them a chance to settle into routines and what have you as Paul's dad will be wanting to visit asap, and I can imagine that they won't be short of visitors in these first few days/weeks. posted by Unknown -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- // *END OF NEW ENTRIES* \\ |
